Finance Lab was founded by John Kefalianos to fix something that bothered him: most brokers worked for the banks, not the borrower. The recommendations followed the commission, not the customer.
Over a decade later, Finance Lab has helped over 1,100 borrowers into their loans and settled $600M in lifetime loans across home, investment, SMSF, commercial, and asset finance. We've never taken a referral fee from a builder, developer, or accountant.
Our legal obligation under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act is to act in your best interests — and that's the discipline.
